These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced practitioners of individual arts that might want to expand their knowledge, including offering the opportunity to spar at the end of the class.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling martial art wearing the gi, and we offer both fundamentals and advanced classes to suit every ability-level. Fundamentals classes teach the basic positions, movements and techniques involved in BJJ, while the advanced classes will go further in depth and offer the ability to spar at the end of the class and use everything you've learnt in a live situation.
Muay Thai is a striking martial art that incorporates the use of all of your limbs, from fists and feet to elbows and knees. Every class is suitable for all levels and will include some time spent around the basics of striking and padwork while also involving combinations and sparring that will challenge the more experienced practitioner.
Our No Gi classes are similar in format to the advanced BJJ classes and will also involve sparring at the end of the class, but is suitable for all levels as it will also involve time going through specific techniques involved in the sport. While also being a grappling martial art, no gi also has a great deal of carryover to MMA due to the difference in techniques available without a gi.
